Data security is paramount with all data held on secure servers with both physical and firewall security. Collectex does not hold credit card or bank account data, with all payments undertaken by our Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant payments partner.
Collectex has been engaged by a government agency or company which is claiming an outstanding debt against you. Maybe the relationship has broken down, or you have moved residence, or you simply refuse to pay. We are here to listen and assist you to resolve the matter.

You may 1. Pay the debt in full via Collectex. 2. Create a simple payment arrangement with us to amortise the debt over an agreed period (a popular option). 3. Offer a reduced settlement amount, or 4. contest the debt in Court. This last option can add substantial costs to your indebtedness so Collectex will attempt to assist you before we reach this point.
Collectex has been legally engaged as an agent by your creditor to collect an overdue amount. As such, our contact is outside the scope of the Do Not Call Register Act 2006. However, we always work within ASIC’s Collection Guidelines 2008 which allow us to contact you by various means up to 3 times per week, 7.30am -9.00pm weekdays (ex public hols) – generally up to six (6) years after the date of the debt.
