Payments to Collectex are processed and transmitted using the highest standards of security . Payments are made through our certified Level 1 PCI DSS payments partner – the highest global standard. This means we have the infrastructure to protect customer bank account details and credit card data. The systems also include firewalls, data encryption and data recovery capacity and regular audits of PCI compliance of our payments partner.
Data Security
Our data is securely held on our servers which use industry leading encryption technology and multi level physical security measures. All servers and data storage facilities are located in Australia. Our staff are trained in data security and are current with Australia’s National Privacy Principle requirements.
