Data security is at the heart of our business. Our data is securely held on our servers which use industry leading encryption technology  and multi level physical security measures.  All servers and data storage facilities are located in Australia.

Our debt collection staff are trained in data security and are current with Australia’s National Privacy Principle requirements. Information is limited only to those staff who directly handle a client account.

Payments Security
Payments to Collectex are processed and transmitted using the highest standards of security possible.  Payments are via our certified Level 1 PCI DSS payments partner – the highest global standard.   This means we have the infrastructure to protect customer bank account details and credit card data.  The systems also include:

• Firewalls, data encryption and data recovery capacity;.
• Regular scans and annual PCI compliance audit of our payments partner;.
• Real time intrusion monitoring of critical network components.
